One of the things that makes us so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. Our bodies come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.
How often do you recommend I come to the gym?
Athlete Programs: If you're just starting up, we recommend coming 2 days/week for your first 6 week session, then build to 3, then 4. If you're a more experienced athlete, contact us so we can get you on the right program to perfect your weaknesses.
Adult Programs:If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming 3-4 days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to 5, then 6. If you are more experienced, we recommend coming all 6 days.
What will my first time in your gym be like?
If it's your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will greet you at the front desk and have you fill out our waiver. We’ll explain our class schedule and give you a breakdown of what each class consists of. You will be able to check out the facility and ask any questions you may have. Contact us now to get started!
