Athlete Programs: If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming 2 days/week for your first 6 week session, then build to 3, then 4. If you’re a more experienced athlete, contact us so we can get you on the right program to perfect your weaknesses.
Adult Programs:If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming 3-4 days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to 5, then 6. If you are more experienced, we recommend coming all 6 days.
